Katie Price’s boyfriend, Leandro Penna, wants to father a large family as he is one of five children himself.

Argentinian model Leandro already has one daughter, three-year-old Sofia, from a previous relationship, but is keen to increase his brood with the former glamour model, who he has been dating for just three months.

When asked if he and Katie have talked about having children, he replied: “Destiny will decide! I would like a big family. I am one of five and I would like a large family too. Time will tell, obviously.”

Katie – who has three children, Harvey, eight, Junior, five, and three-year-old Princess Tiaamii from previous relationships – is not ready to settle down with Leandro yet because she is still reeling from the failure of her first two marriages to singer Peter Andre and cage fighter Alex Reid.

She told OK! magazine: “I am very, very, very, very, very, disappointed with my past marriages. I genuinely believe that you marry for life, but I have two marriages that have failed. I accept some responsibility and know that Pete and Alex know that they were to blame too, but it still guts me that I have twice failed.

“Those failed marriages have cost me so much – and not just financially – that for me to walk down the aisle again they would have to be very, very special. I don’t want to keep doing this.”

Katie, 33, also said she finds 25-year-old Leandro the “most stubborn” and “bossy” guy she has ever been out with, but they are qualities she likes about him.

Katie Price to hunt for new model

Katie Price is to give Lord Sugar a run for his money by finding her own apprentice for a new TV series.

The model-turned-businesswoman is to launch a hunt for a fresh face to sign up with her model agency.

She has set up Black Sheep Management to find a model who “will break the mould” for the Sky Living series to launch in the autumn.

Katie plans to tour the UK to find the new boy or girl who is expected to front commercial marketing campaigns. The successful candidate is expected to have the “drive, passion and hunger to rival hers”, according to programme-makers.

And those who make the shortlist will be put through their paces in a series of challenges and learn about the industry in the show, which has a working title Discovered By Katie.

She said: “I’m looking for someone like me, someone who is determined to devote themselves to their modelling career.

“The person I’m looking for needs model looks, a killer body, bags of ambition, a rock-solid personality, the desire to better themselves, a have-a-go attitude and of course, a good sense of humour.”

Katie – also known as Jordan – let the cat out of the bag about the planned series last year when she wrote a message on Twitter about the show.

It said: “I can’t wait to go up and down the country to audition girls for one of my new shows Jordan Idol”.
